Your consultant will let you know when you’re scheduled to be admitted as well as any further steps that need to be taken. Also, the consultant will inform you whether any fasting or pre-test or pre-treatment precautions are required. When you arrive at the hospital, please let us know at the front desk so we can take you to your patient room.
We ask for the following details upon admission:
Proof of identity:
documents pertaining to your company or individual insurance, as well as your insurance ID card for verification, if you have any insurance.
All patients are required to pay a deposit, the amount of which will depend on how long you stay and how much therapy you receive. If you would like, we may provide you a price estimate prior to your visit. The patient will be permitted to present the aforementioned paperwork and the deposit in the event of an emergency admission.
Payment:
We want to make sure you profit fully from your insurance coverage and are taken into account for our financial aid programmes, if necessary.
The steps in our payment procedure are as follows:
Admission requires a deposit, which can be paid with cash, EPS, credit or debit cards, or both. The down payment required is x% of the anticipated total fees.
Please be aware that direct billing by a designated insurance company to the Green City Hospital can only be set up if there has been a previous agreement between the hospital and the insurance provider.

Discharge:
When you can be discharged will be determined by your specialist.
One day before to your discharge, you will be informed of the time. Discharges are scheduled for 11:00. There may be an extra charge if you are unable to leave your room before the time for discharge. Please make sure you have your valuables and all of your possessions with you. Any personal goods left behind won’t be the hospital’s responsibility.
